Registration

 

To register for a Dancearchy: Ultimate Dance Challenge Dance Competition, studio directors and/or managers may login to the online registration system, create a studio account, and follow the prompts for registration.  Studios will be able to see all fees once an account is created.

All payments must be made via the online registration system. Registration and fees must be received no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the dance competition. All entries are first-come, first-served basis and are limited to performance time and availability.

Registration Deadlines

 

The deadline for each Dancearchy: Ultimate Dance Challenge Regional Competition is 15 days prior to the first day of competition. Entries submitted less than 15 days prior will incur additional late entry fees.

Music submission deadline is 5 days prior to the dance competition start date.

**RSVP DISCOUNT**

RSVP by December 1, 2023, and pay $500 non-refundable deposit to receive a 20% discount off all regular rate dance entries. Photogenic and Title entries are not eligible for discount.

Registration Guidelines

 

Independent entries are accepted. 
 

All fees are non-refundable.
 

Dancearchy: Ultimate Dance Challenge Dance Competition reserves the right to refuse any dance at any time for any reason.
 

Any entry that competes at a Dancearchy: Ultimate Dance Challenge Regional Competition automatically qualifies to compete at the Dancearchy: Ultimate Dance Challenge Main Event. Any studio routines unable to compete at a Dancearchy: Ultimate Dance Challenge Regional Competition may compete in our Main Event competition if the studio competed at Regional Competition. All other routines will be subject to an additional fee. 
 

In the event a routine drops below the minimum number of required dancers, the routine will be scored and will receive its adjudicated award, but will not qualify for the overalls.
